If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use the Content and Application automatically terminates and you must immediately stop all use of this Application.

In no event shall CHOP, Self Care Decisions LLC, and each of their affiliates, licensors, suppliers, or any third parties be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury/wrongful death, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use of or inability to use the Application or the Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not CHOP, Self Care Decisions LLC, and each of their affiliates, licensors, suppliers, or any third parties are advised of the possibility of such damages. Due to the nature of electronic communications, CHOP and Self Care Decisions LLC cannot and do not provide any assurances that the information you share with this Application will not become known or accessible to third parties. You (and not CHOP or Self Care Decisions LLC) are solely responsible for any outcomes arising directly or indirectly out of any information that you intentionally or unintentionally share with this Application.

Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CHOP, CHOP’s parent organization, Self Care Decisions LLC, and each of their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, authors, reviewers, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use or misuse of the Application or Content.

Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you, CHOP and Self Care Decisions LLC with respect to the use of this Application and Content.
